Zachary A. R. Phillips

Zachary A. R. Phillips is a young Attorney-at-Law, multilateral negotiator and published author. Zachary has attained a B.Sc in Political Science., an LL.B from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill campus, and an LL.M in Public International Law from Queen Mary University of London, all at first class classification. Zachary is now employed at the Attorney General’s Chambers as a Crown Counsel where he has made a significant contribution to Antigua and Barbuda’s engagement in international legal issues. Most recently Zachary participated in all three of the advisory opinions on climate change as an advocate before the International Tribunal on the Law of the Sea (ITLOS), InterAmerican Court of Human Rights (IACtHR) and the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
