Dr Taimoon Stewart is a Consultant in Competition Law and Policy with a PhD. in International Relations from the University of the West Indies (UWI). She is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Cave Hill Campus, UWI where she teaches two courses in the new offering of a PG Diploma & LLM in Competition Law. She is currently the Lead Coordinator for Competition in the EU funded project, the CARIFORUM-EU Capacity Building Programme (June 2023-Nov. 2025) in Support of the Implementation of the EPA. She has conducted many training workshops in the region together with leading international experts in the field of competition law including Professor Frederic Jenny, has consulted for regional governments and the EU Commission, and has published widely in the discipline of competition law, with a focus on issues faced by small developing countries with a focus on CARICOM economies.
