Bevil Wooding

Bevil Wooding is an internationally recognized development strategist and a pioneer in digital justice innovation. As Executive Director of the Caribbean Agency for Justice Solutions, he has led the design and implementation of technology-based approaches to justice modernization across the region for the past decade.

He has worked closely with national judiciaries, law enforcement agencies and governments to architect innovative technology, policy, and capacity building programs to enhance court operations, improve efficiency, and build institutional resilience. His leadership has been recognized for its emphasis on ensuring that digital transformation is people-centred, locally relevant, and sustainable.

Mr. Wooding’s work has received regional and global recognition with accolades from organizations such as the University of the West Indies, The Caribbean American Heritage Foundation, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and a life-time achievement award from the Latin American Registry for Internet Numbers for his contribution to global Internet development.
