- Governance arrangements of the Caribbean Community regarding the structure of Community Institutions and Rules of decision –making;
- General principles of Community Law;
- The four fundamental freedoms; and rudiments of dispute settlement.
Original Jurisdiction of the CCJ:
- Distinction between the Court’s Original jurisdiction and its municipal jurisdiction;
- Decisions given in the Original jurisdiction; and
- Preparation of an Originating Application.
