The Caribbean Academy for Law and Court Administration in partnership with Jamaica’s General Legal Council and the St. Maarten Bar Association presents CALCA’s 4th Biennial Conference on Law under the theme ‘Law at the cross-roads: Reappraising the Role of Common Law and Civil Law Practitioners in Transnational Development’.
The 2016 CALCA Conference will bring together legal practitioners and other professionals from the common law and civil law jurisdictions in the English-, French-, Spanish-, and Dutch-speaking Caribbean to discuss current, cutting edge legal issues facilitated by renowned and respected jurists.
