The 7th Biennial Conference offers leading thinkers in criminal justice a platform to present their ideas for reform to Policymakers; Legislatures; Judges; and other key stakeholders in civil society.
As a sequel to the April 2023 CARICOM Heads Meeting, Trinidad and Tobago, the CAL Conference will produce practical and implementable recommendations for a modern Criminal Justice System.
